Constant comparison to others, cyberbullying, and the pressure to present a perfect image often leads to anxiety and depression. Therefore, it's crucial for individuals to practice digital detoxes, limit their screen time, and to cultivate real-life relationships. A balanced approach to technology is essential for overall well-being.
