What is a VCCV Pattern?

The VCCV pattern helps us divide words into syllables. It stands for Vowel-Consonant-Consonant-Vowel. When you see two consonants between two vowels, you usually split the word between the two consonants.

Example: rab-bit (ra-bbit is incorrect)
