What is a Mind Map?

A mind map is a way to organize your ideas, like a map for your brain! You start with a main idea in the middle, and then you draw lines out to other ideas that connect to it. It helps you think of lots of ideas for writing a story, report, or even just planning your day.

Imagine you want to write a story about your favorite animal. You would put 'My Favorite Animal' in the middle. Then, you could draw branches for 'What it looks like', 'What it eats', 'Where it lives', and 'Fun facts'. From each of those branches, you can add more details!
