I ran as fast as my legs could carry me, clutching the string of my bright red kite. The wind tugged at it, pulling it higher and higher into the sky. Suddenly, a strong gust ripped the string from my grasp! My heart sank as I watched my beautiful kite float away, a tiny red speck disappearing into the clouds. I wished I could fly and catch it.
