The Power of Listening

Communication is about sharing ideas and feelings. But it's not just about talking! Listening is just as important, maybe even more so. When you listen carefully, you show respect for the person speaking. You also learn new things and understand different points of view. Good listeners make eye contact, nod their heads, and don't interrupt. They try to understand what the other person is saying before they respond. This helps avoid misunderstandings and makes conversations more enjoyable for everyone.
