I watched my bright red kite soar higher and higher, a vibrant splash against the blue sky. A gust of wind, stronger than any before, tugged at the string in my hand. Suddenly, the string snapped! My heart sank as I saw my beautiful kite tumble and drift away over the tall oak trees. I ran as fast as my legs could carry me, hoping to catch it, but it was gone.
