The Zones of Regulation is a system that helps us understand and manage our emotions. There are four zones, each represented by a color, that help us identify how we are feeling.

Blue Zone: Feeling sad, tired, sick, or bored.

Green Zone: Feeling happy, calm, focused, or ready to learn.

Yellow Zone: Feeling frustrated, anxious, excited, silly, or worried.

Red Zone: Feeling angry, overwhelmed, terrified, or out of control.
