Practice a short body scan for 5 minutes. Find a quiet place, sit or lie down comfortably, and gently close your eyes. Start by focusing on your toes, then move your attention slowly up through your feet, ankles, legs, and so on, all the way to the top of your head. Notice any sensations you feel.

9. After your body scan, write down 2-3 sensations you noticed in different parts of your body. These could be feelings like warmth, coolness, tingling, tension, or relaxation.
