Guided Body Scan Practice:
Take 5-10 minutes to practice a body scan. Find a quiet place where you can sit or lie down comfortably. Close your eyes if you feel safe doing so. Begin by bringing your awareness to your breath. Then, slowly move your attention through each part of your body, starting from your toes and moving up to your head. Notice any sensations – warmth, coolness, tingling, pressure, or absence of sensation – without trying to change anything. Just observe.
